Olimpia Milano officially signs Jeff Brooks

Pallacanestro Olimpia Milano has reached an agreement with power forward Jeff Brooks, 2.03, coming from Unicaja Malaga of the Spanish league and the EuroLeague.
HIS CAREER – Born in Louisville, Kentucky, on 12 June 1989, Jeff Brooks began his career at Doss High School in Louisville and then for four years he was at Penn State University where in 2009 he won the NIT trophy and in 2010/11 he averaged 13.1 points per game with 40.3% shooting from three and 6.3 rebounds per game. In 2011 he started his professional career in Jesi, in the Italian second league (17.0 points, 6.9 rebounds), before moving on to Cantù where he made his EuroLeague debut (8.3 points and 4.9 rebounds) and won the Super Cup (7.8 points per game in the Italian league), then to Caserta (14.4 points, 6.3 rebounds) and Sassari (he had his second EuroLeague season, averaging 9.3 points and 5.0 rebounds per game). In Sassari, he won the Italian title, the Italian Cup and the Super Cup (9.0 points and 6.5 rebounds per game in league play). For the 2015/16 season he moved to Saratov in Russia and in 2016 he signed for Malaga where he played for two seasons. In 2017 he helped his team win the Eurocup with 7.3 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. During the last season he averaged 8.8 points per game in EuroLeague making 39.5% of his threes.
NOTES – He has career highs in EuroLeague of 19 points and 11 rebounds, in two different games played against Olimpia. He averaged 8.8 points per game with 4.3 rebounds in the ACB league last season.
