Henry Williams, the Charlotte 49ers’ all-time leading scorer died Tuesday. He was 47.
Williams, who was diagnosed in 2009 with kidney disease, played for the 49ers from 1989-92.
Williams has played 288 games in Italian Serie A averaging 21.7 points, 3 rebounds and 1.7 assists.
Williams has played with Verona, Treviso, Roma and Verona again before leading Napoli to a promotion in Serie A.
