Arturas Gudaitis, Milano reportedly close to long-term contract extension

Lithuanian center Arturas Gudaitis and Olimpia Milano are nearing an agreement on a contract extension until 2021, according to David Pick.

This long-term deal is expected to include flexible NBA outs, with the Cleveland Cavaliers holding his NBA draft rights.
