Orlandina Basket signs Nick Faust
Faust is a new player of Orlandina
Orlandina Basket announces the signing of the US player Nicholas David Jordan Faust (guard-forward, 6’6, classe of 1993) to the end of the current season with a team option on 2018-19.
Faust started his professional career in Israel last season with Ironi Nahariya, scoring 9.4 points with 2.5 rebounds and 42.4% on 3pts in 15.6 minutes per game played in the domestic league. He also added 10.9 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.0 assist per game in the Basketball Champions League, with a season high 30 points (in 22 minutes!) against Bakken Bears.
He previously played college basketball with Maryland from 2012 to 2015 (ACC Freshmen 1st team) before moving to the Big West Conference to play with Long Beach State, being named Newcomer of the Year and included in the NABC “All-District” 1st team in 2016. He scored 17.4 points with 6.1 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game in his senior season.
