Luca Banchi may be the new head coach of Pallacanestro Cantù, a source told Sportando.
Cantù tried to sign Rimas Kurtinaitis who was not able to break his agreement with Khimki and decided to change target.
Banchi did not coach last season after he was fired by Olimpia Milano at the end of the 2014-2015 despite one year remaining on his contract with the team.
Banchi won the Serie A championship with Siena and Milano in 2013 and 2014.
