Scandone Avellino is in advanced talks with Joe Ragland for a new contract for next season, Il Mattino reports.
The American-Liberian guard moved to Avellino during the season after his experience in Turkey with Pinar Karsiyaka.
Ragland led Avellino to the Serie A semifinals.
