Negotiations between David Logan and Sassari are stalling

The negotiations between Dinamo Sassari and David Logan are stalling after the guard turned down the first two proposals of the club.
There is not a big difference between the offer and the request of the player but at the moment the two sides are not making progresses.
On Logan there is the interest of Pallacanestro Cantù, still without a coach for next season, Scandone Avellino, which may lose Joe Ragland, and Pallacanestro Reggiana.
