The Italian youngster suffered an ankle injury
Federico Mussini may be done for the season, according to Reggio Emilia head coach Max Menetti.
The Italian guard suffered an ankle injury in the final second of game 4 between Reggio Emilia and Venezia.
“I think he twisted his ankle and his season may be over” Menetti said.
Federico Mussini is also a star of the Italian National Team that will play the U19 World Championship in Greece later this month and the Under 20 European Championship in Lignano in July.
