Ojars Silins will declare for the 2014 NBA Draft?

Pallacanestro Reggiana forward Ojars Silins may declare for the next NBA Draft, according to Prima Pagina.

The Latvian forward born in 1993 has to enter his name by April 27th but being an international he could withdraw by June 16 (10 days before the draft night). Silins will likely test the water according to the Italian newspaper and then decide whether to stay in the draft or return to Reggio Emilia for the 2014-15 season.

Silins is averaging 7.3 points and 2.5 rebounds in Serie A in 26 games and 6.6 points and 3 rebounds per game in Eurochallenge.

Silins has one year remaining on his contract with Reggio Emilia with a €150.000 buyout for Europe and $500.000 for the NBA.
