Vanoli Cremona who is looking on the market for a PF made an offer to Herve Toure, according to Catch-and-Shoot.
The French forward spent last season with SLUC Nancy averaging 8.3ppg and 4.3rpg.
Toure has played in Italy with Capo d'Orlando, Milano, Cantù, Roma and Brindisi.
