Isaiah Swann inks with Ratiopharm Ulm

Ratiopharm Ulm signed for the coming season Isaiah Swann. The player started last season with Rio Grande Valley Vipers in NBDL and then moved to Israeli league where he averaged 12.7ppg, 3.4rpg and 4apg with Maccabi Rishon LeZion.
