Dennis Schroder says he wants to buy German team Basketball Lowen Braunschweig
The Hawks point guard adds that he is likely to play for Germany at FIBA WC qualifiers in June
Hawks point guard Dennis Schroder said that he wants to become the owner of German team Basketball Lowen Braunschweig.
The player is a native of Braunschweig.
“I want to take over there and financially help the team” Schroder told Telekom Sports. “I think that I will become the co-owner of the team. My goal is build a Top 5 team in Germany because I come from Braunschweig and I will work on that” the point guard said.
Schroder said that he will play for Germany’s National Team on June 29 against Austria in the FIBA World Cup qualifiers. Adding the the goal for Germany in China is to fight for a medal.
