Brose Bamberg signs Bryce Taylor to a three-year contract
Taylor joins the German champions
German champions Brose Bamberg added experience to their backcourt on Sunday signing a long-time rival, guard Bryce Taylor, to a long-term deal of three years. Taylor (1.95 meters, 30 years old) has spent the past four seasons with a fellow German side FC Bayern Munich, where he served as team captain, too. Last season, Taylor posted 8.5 points, 2.2 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 7DAYS EuroCup action and averaged 9.4 points on 48% three-point shooting, with 2.2 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 39 German League games. Taylor has also played three Turkish Airlines EuroLeague seasons and a total of 33 games in the competition with Bayern, with career averages of 7.8 points on 44.7% three-point shooting, 3.5 rebounds and 1 steal per game. Taylor has spent his entire professional career in Europe, starting with Montegranaro in Italy, before moving to Germany where he played for Telekom Baskets Bonn, ALBA Berlin, Artland and Bayern over the past eight years.
