Frank Gaines is officially a new player of Rasta Vechta.
The American guard spent last season with King Wilki Morskie in Poland averaging 12.4ppg.
The German team also signed rookie Gabe McCray.
The player is a product of South Carolina State where he averaged 11.6ppg, 4.9rpg and 1apg as senior.
