Andrea Trinchieri: Mbakwe unlikely to remain, we like Nicolò Melli
The Italian coach talks with Sportando about some market news of Brose Baskets Bamberg
Andrea Trinchieri spoke briefly with Sportando today about the season in Germany and the future of Brose Baskets Bamberg.
The Italian coach said that there are less than 5% of chances for Brose Baskets Bamberg to keep Trevor Mbakwe.
The big man is drawing interest from Europe and China while he will also play the NBA summer League with the Blazers.
Andrea Trinchieri also added that Nicolò Melli is one of the targets of the team (there were repots in Italy about a three-year contract already signed by Melli, something that it is not true): We likes him but it will be difficult to sign him.
About his future Trinchieri said: I will remain with Brose Baskets Bamberg. I am happy here.
