BC Budivelnik tabs Andriy Agafonov

Andriy Agafonov is a new player of BC Budivelnik. The forward spent the season with Khimik averaging 12.3ppg and 6.9rpg in Ukrainian domestic league and 7.7ppg and 4.2rpg in Eurochallenge.
Budivelnik also took back from loan Dmytro Zabirchenko.
