Goverla inks Ulyanko for Tucker

Goverla, after the arrival of Decker, announced the signing of Belarussian power forward Pavel Ulyanko. The player spent the last two seasons in Ukraine with Pulsar averaging 15.7ppg, 5-2rpg and 2.4apg.
Ulyanko replaces Darrell Tucker, waived due to his poor performances.
