LNA: Showron Glover back in Boncourt, Christophe Varidel for Lugano
Two important market movements in Switzerland first division
As reported by Luca Maffioli of Eurobasket, Lugano Tigers and BC Boncourt reached an agreement rispectively with Christophe Varidel and Showron Glover.
Varidel is a Swiss guard who played in NCAA (Florida Gulf Coast) and NCAA2 (Chaminade) during the last years and will help his new team to close in the first places the second stage of the LNA regular season.
Boncourt, that are playing to preserve their place in LNA, decided to bring back in Switzerland 'Show' Glover after the departures in the PG spot of Brandon Jenkins (13.5ppg and 4.9apg) and Alexis Herrmann (5.2ppg and 2.8apg).
The American point-guard played already with the Red Team in 2010/2011 closing his rookie year with 20.3ppg and 6.3apg. He spent last season with BLS Chieti in Italy, with 7.1ppg, 4.0rpg and 2.7apg in 11 games.
