Talor Battle retires at 29 due to injuries

The 29 – year old American point guard Talor Battle who arrived to Petrol Olimpija Ljubljana at the beginning of the 2017/2018 season, decided to finish his basketball career after talking to his family and careful decision-making. Talor explained to the club management that his final decision about retirement was made due to consistent problems with injuries that he had suffered during the last basketball season.

Talor Battle and Petrol Olimpija Ljubljana mutually terminated the contract and signed a document that in the event of his cancellation of basketball retirement, the club is entitled to financial compensation for issuing FIBA Letter of Clearance.
