Former NBA first-round pick Primoz Brezec announced he has retired and will join the Cleveland Cavaliers' front office as an International Scout.
Selected with the 27th pick in the 2000 NBA Draft, the former Slovenian center played eight years in the NBA with Indiana, Charlotte, Detroit, Toronto, Philadelphia, and Milwaukee.
He also played 12 years overseas, including experiences in Slovenia, Italy, Russia, Greece, Kuwait, and Bahrain.
