Jan Barbaric inks with Union Olimpija Ljubljana

Union Olimpija Ljubljana announced on Thursday the addition of young point guard Jan Barbaric to the fold for the next two seasons. Barbaric (1.88 meters, 21 years old) arrives from Portoroz of Slovenia, where he spent the past five seasons and also where last season he averaged 18.2 points, 6.4 rebounds and 2.9 assists in the Slovenian League. Barbaric was also a member of the U20 Slovenian national team.
