The Slovenian Federation, who will be without Beno Udrih and likely without Goran Dragic, is thinking whether to give the passport to a foreigner for the next European competition.
One of the strongest candidate for the passport is Bryant Dunston, according to reports.
Dunston spent the last two years with Olympiacos winning the Best Defender Trophy twice in a row.
Ariel McDonald is the only American to have played with Slovenian National Team, back in 2011.
