Klemen Prepelic gets the LOC from Turkey, is free agent

Klemen Prepelic is officially free agent.
The young Slovenian player left Banvit weeks ago but he got the letter of clearance just in the last hours, according to Kosarka.
Prepelic is now free to continue his career in another team.
