Union Olimpija Ljubljana signs Jakov Vladovic
The player signs a deal for the season
BC Union Olimpija Ljubljana signed Croatian playmaker Jakov Vladović (187 cm, 1983) until the end of the season. The management has an option to break the contract after a month. Vladović, who comes as replacement for injured Cedric Jackson, played for Slovenian Krka Novo mesto in the 2012/2013 season. He averaged 10.7 points, 4.8 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in EuroChallenge, while in Adriatic League he was averaging 8.3 points, 4 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game. His team also won the Slovenian Championship. Vladović grew up in Zadar, but so far in his career played also for Russian Lokomotiv Kuban, Široki Brijeg, Zagreb and Krka.
