Borisa Simanic not planning to go to college, he'll stay in Europe
He's still undecided about where he'll play next season
Serbian top prospect Borisa Simanic is not planning to go to college, a source told Sportando. The NCAA is not an option for the young big man, who's expected to stay in Europe. Simanic is playing with Crvena Zvezda but he's still undecided about where he'll play next season. It's 50%-50% situation, the source added, staying with Crvena Zvezda or signing elsewhere.
The top 1998 prospect, who turned 18 just some days ago, is expected to receive interest from European powerhouses, according to the source. Simanic played 5 games in Euroleague so far this season, averaging 2.4 points per game and shooting 40% from the three point line. He led Red Star Belgrade to the victory in Adidas Next Generation Tournament and was the MVP of the event.
