Lokomotiv Kuban announced the signing of Derrick Brown. Former Xavier player spent last season in the NBA with the Charlotte Bobcats averaging 8.1ppg and 3.6rpg in 65 games.
Brown has played 171 games in the NBA averaging 5.1ppg.
