Josh Carter will continue his career in Russia with Spartak SPB. The player agreed to terms with the Russian powerhouse and he will likely replace PJ Tucker who signed in the NBA. Carter spent last season with Maccabi Ashdod in Israel averaging 17.4ppg and 3.9rpg.
