Spartak SPB replied to Beverley: 'He has valid contract with us'

Yesterday Patrick Beverley announced on Twitter that he was going to leave Spartak SPB. The Russian club today released a statement saying that he has valid contract with the club till the end of the season 2013-14 just with NBA out.
"He has contract with us and his words on Twitter have no legal power. He has out just for the NBA. He was requested by some Turkish teams but he is still a Spartak player".
