The deal between Krasnye Krylya Samara and Dmitry Kulagin is finalized as reported to Sportando by a source close to the team. The guard born in 1992 spent the season with Triumph Lyubertsy averaging 9.2ppg, 3.3rpg and 3.8apg in VTB United League, 7.2ppg in Eurochallenge and 8.8ppg, 2.rpg and 2.5apg in PBL.
Kulagin is one of the most promising guard in Europe.
