Krasnye Krylya Samara made official the signing of Chester Tre Simmons. The American comes from CEZ Nymburk with whom he has played the last two seasons.
Simmons was signed by Olimpia Milano during the season but the deal was broken after JR Bremer got injured and the Italian club decided to sign D-League MVP Justin Dentmon.
