Lokomotiv Kuban part ways with Maljkovic, Pashutin the new coach

The Serbian coach and the basketball club of Krasnodar signed a one-year contract the previous season with possible extension for two years after the first season.

Maljkovic has spent a wonderful season with Lokomotiv-Kuban team. The team gained Russian Championship bronze medals and performed successfully on the European arena under his head. Krasnodar basketballers yielded Eurocup to the future Cup winner Moscow region Khimki merely within the quarterfinal. Moreover Lokomotiv-Kuban entered the Final Four of the VTB United League in which the club made his debut the season 2011-2012.     

Evgeny Pashutin is the new head coach of Lokomotiv Kuban. The contract between the two parts has been signed already and the deal will be official in the coming hours.
