Triumph announced the signing of the young player Dmitry Kulagin.
Kulagin has played with Nizhny Novgorod last season averaging 8.6ppg in PBL.
He recently played also WC U19 with Russia scoring 15.9ppg in 9 games adding 4.8rpg and 2.2apg.
