Krasnye Krylia tabs Aleksandr Dedushkin

Eurocup debutante from Russia Krasnye Krylia announced the addition of center Aleksandr Dedushkin for the next two seasons. Dedushkin arrives from Spartak St. Petersburg where he played the last two seasons, as last year he averaged 3.7 points and 2.9 rebounds in 24 Russian League games and 1.0 points and 1.2 rebounds in 6 Eurocup appearances. Dedushkin grew up in BC Khimki where he made his debut with the first team in 2000. In 2004 he moved to Perm to join Ural Great where he played for two more seasons, also collecting European experience. He then spent one year with Universitet Surgut and it was in 2007 that he left Russia for Cyprus to join Proteas Eka. However, in January of 2008 he was back to Ural Great. After the summer, he was signed by Spartak St. Petersburg where he has played until now.
