Sergey Monya inks with Khimki

Sergey Monya will play for Khimki Moscow the next two seasons. The two parts reached an agreement and the Russian powerhouse announced the deal.

Monya spent the last season in Russia with Dinamo Moscow averaging 13.8ppg and 7.9rpg in Superleague and 12.8ppg and 8.3rpg in Eurocup.

Selected by the Portland Trail Blazers in the first round (23rd overall) of the 2005 NBA Draft, the forward has played 26 games in NBA averaging 3ppg and 2rpg.
