Karvanen denies the arrival of Katsikaris

In an interview released at www.sportsdaily.ru, Spartak St. Petersburg sports director Alexei Karvanen denied that Fotsis Katsikaris will be the new head coach of the Russian team.
"Katsikaris was in a very wide list of candidates. We did not sign anyone yet. We are also looking for a Russian coach but it is very difficult to find a good one. The name will be announced the 19th of June and will be a surprise for all" said Karvanen.
