Dinamo Moscow has been eliminated by Spartak St. Petersburg in playoff quarterfinals. The team coach by David Blatt lost Game 1 at home 75-88 and lost also in St. Petersburg 73-68. Spartak had 16 points by Zakhar Pashutin.
Khimki too was close to be kicked out of the league by Lokomotiv Rostov which won Game 1 in Moscow 83-91 despite 22 points scored by Garbajosa and 20 by Delfino. In Game 2, Sergio Scariolo's team won away 52-76 led by McCarty (19) and Wilkinson (17).
CSKA in still in semifinal after the two victories against Enisey Krasnoyarsk. In Game 1 European champions won 88-45 while in Game 2 70-97.
In the last quarterfinal Unics Kazan and Triumph Lyubertsy are 1-1 after the victory of Unics in Kazan for 76-72 and the win of Triumph in Moscow for 80-72.
