Spartak Primorye to be relegated in Russia

Spartak-Primorye will play in the second division next year. The decision came after the club refused to play the games to decide the 9 to 12 standings in the Russian Superleague due to financial reasons. The club did not receive an expected financing from the Primorsky Krai region and does not even have money to make tickets available, while the next season's budget will be reduced and the team will be chiefly composed by junior players.

The team coached by former Russian international Sergei Babkov finished the regular season second-to-last with 5 wins and 17 losses.
