Joe Ragland's agency denies rumors about him signing with Zenit

TCA, Joe Ragland's agency, denied the reports about the American guard signing with Zenit St. Petersburg for next season. Ragland, who spent last season with Lokomotiv Kuban, is still evaluating several different options and has not made any decisions yet, per his agency.
