VTB League release budgets of Russian teams in the league for the season: CSKA leads with €42.6M

The VTB United League’s budget was also made public, coming to 554,226,000 rubles this season

TB United League honorary president Sergei Ivanov released the budgets of all nine Russian clubs in the League for the 2016-17 season during a special press conference today at the Kremlin.

CSKA once again has the largest budget in the League: 2.634 billion rubles. Also in the top three of richest Russian clubs are Khimki (1.427 billion rubles) and Lokomotiv-Kuban (1.109 billion rubles). Next are UNICS (887,579,000 rubles), Zenit (748,836,000 rubles), Nizhny Novgorod (367,043,000 rubles), Enisey (271,030,000 rubles), Avtodor (201,652,000 rubles) and Parma (155,654,000 rubles).

The VTB United League’s budget was also made public, coming to 554,226,000 rubles this season.
