Lokomotiv Kuban has strong interest in signing Jarnell Stokes

According to Chema De Lucas of Gigantes, Russian side Lokomotiv Kuban has strong interest in signing big man Jarnell Stokes. He won the D-League MVP Award last season, averaging 20.6 points and 9.3 rebounds per game. Gran Canaria is also interested in Stokes but they can't offer the same amount of money to the player.
