Lokomotiv Kuban made an offer for Michael Roll but Buyukcekmece turned it down

As reported by Chema de Lucas, Russian team Lokomotiv Kuban has made an offer for Michael Roll, who's currently playing for Buyukcekmece in Turkey. But the Turkish team turned down the offer and won't let the player leave, according to their GM.

I would be pretty pissed if I was Roll. Like a Euroleague Top 8 team wants me and my Turkish league mid-table team won't let me go. He will probably leave at the end of the year though.
