Ukrainian billionaire Dmitry Gerasimenko becomes the new majority owner of Pallacanestro Cantù.
During a press conference the president Anna Cremascoli confirmed that Gerasimenko, also owner of Russian team Krasny Oktyabr, acquired more than 50% of the shares of Cantù.
“Today is a historic day for Cantù” Anna Cremascoli said.
The 13-year old son of Gerasimenko is playing with Cantù junior teams.
