After discussing move to the NBA with the Sacramento Kings, guard Dmitry Kulagin is signing a one-year deal in Russia, source tells RealGM.

The player decided to come back to his country, Russia, and sign a contract there. He has already finalized one-year deal with Zenit St. Petersburg, source told Sportando, so he decided not to move away from his former team.
Last season he played with Triumph Ljubersty. The team has been relocated in St. Petersburg this season.
