Andrey Vedishchev: 'We'd like to keep Derrick Brown, Richard Hendrix'

Andrey Vedishchev, president of Lokomotiv Kuban, talked to RSport.ru about next season. The Russian powerhouse will play Euroleague after the victory in Eurocup this season.
Andrey Vedishchev said that the club would love to keep both Derrick Brown and Richard Hendrix.

"Brown came to Russia from the NBA. Teams overseas are interested in him and the player expressed his desire to return to American and try to get a spot in the NBA. I don't think we will arrive quickly to a final decision. But we can't wait that long. We will play in Euroleague next season and we have to prepare the roster. If we won't agree with Derrick, who is a great player, we will look for another player in that position" said Andrey Vedishchev. "There are talks with Richard Hendrix as well. The player belongs to Olimpia Milano. if we'll be satisfied with conditions, we'd like to keep him for next season" added Vedishchev.
