Przemyslaw Zamojski submitted the case to FIBA BAT

As Przemyslaw Zamojski's (agency Alti Sport) agent informed, financial disputes with Przemek's former club, Trefl Sopot S.A., has been submitted to Basketball Arbitral Tribunal of FIBA. Club also refused to issue the Letter of clearance to the player and regarding that player is a member of the new Polish team of Asseco, player's transfer issue remains to be reconsidered by responsible authorities
