Asecco Prokom re-sign Ronnie Burrell
Il giocatore rinnova per un anno
Polish champion Asseco Prokom Gdynia re-signed forward Ronnie Burrell, keeping another key player from last season's squad at the club. This season will be his third with Prokom. Burrell (204, 27) averaged 8.1 points and 5 rebounds in 20 Euroleague games last year, helping the club reach the Quarterfinal Playoffs for the first time. He was worth 9.8 points, 5.7 rebounds and 0.8 blocks for a 13.5 index in the Top 16 as the team made club history with wins at Unicaja and over CSKA Moscow to reach the quarterfinals. Burrell also averaged 10.1 points and 5.8 rebounds in 32 Polish League games. He first arrived to Prokom from Telekom Baskets Bonn and has also played for RheinEnergie Koeln in Germany and for Levallois in France and Gainesville in the WBA. In addition to winning the Polish League twice with Prokom, Burrell helped RheinEnergie win the German Cup title in 2007.
