Anwil keeps Dru Joyce
Il giocatore una stagione ancora con la maglia della squadra polacca
Anwil Wloclawek reached a new agreement with point guard Dru Joyce to keep him on the team next season, the club announced Thursday. Joyce (183, 25) averaged 7.5 points and 3.4 assists in 27 Polish League games with Anwil last season. He had started the 2009-10 season with Energa Czarni Slupsk but joined Anwil in November. Joyce has also played for ratiopharm Ulm in Germany since finishing his college career at the University of Akron (NCAA). He helped Anwil to make it all the way to the Polish League finals last season, losing against perennial champions Asseco Prokom Gdynia. "Last season, there were two Polish players in my position and I saw limited playing time. I think that I can show my entire potential next season. I am glad that I will keep playing for a great club like Anwil, with a coach I perfectly understand and for the best fans I have ever seen," Joyce said after the agreement.
