Kotwica wins Polish Cup

The 'Black Horse' of this year PLK Kotwica Kolobrzeg made another surprise winning Polish Cup in Lublin when they defeated in the final Asseco Prokom 98-89.
It was the first time for team from Kolobrzeg when they made it to the Polish Cup Final Four.
The final game did not look as easy walk for Kotwica, when Asseco Prokom took 8-2 lead. But the team of Sebastian Machowski managed to catch up thanks to 14-points run and took the lead 16-10. However the rest of the game was very close, while both teams tied frequently.
Just before the end of the game Kotwica managed to take 10-point comfortable lead and the team celebrated their first in the history Polish Cup trophy.
The surprise of the evening was game of David Przybyszewski (215-C-81, agency: Priority Sports, college: Vanderbilt), who replaced injured Drew Naymick in Kotwica team. He recorded 15 points and 5 rebounds.
He had a great help of American duo Kevin Hamilton (193-G-84, agency: LimeLight, college: Holy Cross) (18 points + 5 reb + 7 ast) and Julien Mills (193-G-85, agency: Warren Sports International, college: Ball St.) (17p+7r+4a).
