Adam Lapeta to file BAT case against Stelmet Zielona Gora

Adam Lapeta 217cm (agency: Alti Sport), is about to file the case to Basketball Arbitral Tribunal this week against his former team, Stelmet from Zielona Gora because Stelmet failed to fulfill its financial commitments towards player and his agent that it was due according to settlement signed between them, his agency Alti Sport told Sportando.

The Polish center changed the team in Januray 2013 after amicable settlement was reached between Stelmet and him, and became a player of Anwil from Wloclawek. Currently the player is recovering from a foot injury suffered two weeks ago. Lapeta is likely done for the season.
