Baltic League, Rytas vs Zalgiris in the final

Baltic League final, which will be played today, is between Zalgiris Kaunas and Lietuvos Rytas.

Lietuvos Rytas defeated Siauliai in the first semi-final 81-78 with Ginevicius who nailed a three pointer with 14 seconds left on the buzz. For Rytas, which won the competition last season, Bajramovic had 28 points and 8 rebounds. In Siauliai, Mindaugas Kuzminskas scored 21 points and Derrick Low 18.

In the second semifinal, Zalgiris Kaunas, with a great second hald, defeated Ventspils 86-74. The best scorer for Zalgirs, as usual, was Marcus Brown with 17 points. For Ventspils Janis Strelniek scored 16 points.
